Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hunter Repo platform. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nature of the Platform
Hunter Repo is a technology intermediary platform. Hunter Analytix Sdn Bhd does not authorise repossessions, initiate legal proceedings, or make credit decisions. All repossession activities are the sole responsibility of the creditor.
User Responsibilities
- To upload only lawful and accurate vehicle watchlist data
- To ensure all repossession activities comply with applicable Malaysian law
- To maintain confidentiality of platform credentials
- To report any suspected data breaches immediately
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Hunter does not verify the accuracy of data submitted by creditors. All watchlist data is submitted at the creditor's own responsibility and risk.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Hunter Repo platform, including the ANPR engine, algorithms, and interfaces, remain the exclusive property of Hunter Analytix Sdn Bhd.
Limitation of Liability
- Repossession-related disputes between creditors and borrowers
- Data submitted in error by creditors
- Actions taken by repossession agents beyond the scope of their engagement
- Force majeure events affecting platform availability
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Amendments
Hunter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
